All predictions generated by OddsFactory AI are statistical estimates based on historical data and AI models. We explicitly state:

• We do NOT guarantee any betting outcome or financial return
• Past performance does not indicate future results
• AI models may contain errors, outdated data, or inaccuracies
• Football matches are inherently unpredictable

7. Credits & Payments

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased and used
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service
• Scrape or automated-harvest data from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or algorithms
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Limitation of Liability

OddsFactory AI is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or losses of any kind arising from:

• Betting decisions made based on our predictions or content
• Service interruptions or technical errors
• Inaccurate or incomplete data

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

All content, AI models, algorithms, and design of OddsFactory AI are the intellectual property of OddsFactory AI and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
